Our Lifetime License

The videos that we sell through our storefront are personally licensed, not sold. Each movie is licensed individually, so you can minimize expenses by purchasing licenses only to the individual subjects of interest to you, as if you were purchasing the individual chapters of a book without having to buy the whole thing.

If you purchase one of our licenses, you become a "Licensee" for the corresponding movie, and you then have the right to watch it, alone or with friends, at any time for the rest of your life. You can make a reasonable number of backup copies for your own personal use, but you are not permitted to share those copies with anybody else, and your personal license is not transferrable. (You cannot sell or give away the license, and you cannot modify the video content or use pieces of it in derivative works.) When you purchase a license to any of our products, you should retain a printed copy of the receipt page, or one of the appropriate purchase screens (or retain the corresponding Credit Card receipt) as proof of your purchase.  If you obtain one of our videos through one of our free promotional web pages, then you should print out the corresponding receipt page or "Free Download" page for the same purpose.

Our Electronic Storefront is managed by Lulu.com. You can print out your Lulu.com "Downloads/Purchases" page at any time to review and document your license purchases. (Click HERE for a sample.)

You will find it easy and quick to use your credit card through our secure E-Commerce storefront to purchase your license. Please help your friends and associates understand that they can become Licensees by purchasing a license just like yours if they want to view this material by themselves.

Every one of our movies commences with a brief summary of our license and your rights as a Licensee.

In summary, please remember these 3 points:

  1. When you purchase one of our products, you are purchasing a personal license to view the material. You do not "own" the material itself.
  2. You may invite others to view the material with you, but they are not entitled to view it without you. You may not give them copies.
  3. You may not modify the material in any way.
